Martingale Collars:

Martingale collars are designed especially for dogs with heads smaller than their necks such as greyhounds, salukis and whippets. Martingale collars have a gentle tightening action to prevent the dog from backing out of the collar. Collars slip on over the head and are fully adjustable. While Martingale collars are usually worn by sighthounds, they are suitable for any breed. Since a martingale is a form of choke collar, it is advised not to leave one on your dog while unattended; they are indended for walking or outings. Please see sizing for help in adjusting your martingale collar.

Buckle Collars:

Buckle collars are the "classic" style of dog collars featuring a top quality black acetal side release buckle. Some one-of-a-kind collars may feature an all metal (zinc or brass plated) side release buckle.

Tag Collars:

Tag collars slip on over your dog's head and are intended to hold identification tags only, (they are not used for walking). Tag collars are popular with owners who remove their dog's martingale collar while in the house but still want a safe way to display their tags. Dogma London tag collars are 1" wide and feature minimal hardware (do not have a buckle or a d-ring). They are narrow enough for most dogs to wear in addition to a buckle or martingale collar while walking. Add your dog's tags to the metal slide using a tag holder or for an even safer option, try metal slide ID tags like the one below from Boomerang Tags (please note you must order the clip on slide tags OR send me non-clip on tags in advance so I can sew them into the collar).
