How much is shipping? top
Shipping and handling within the continental US is a flat rate as stated in the table below. Please email me for international shipping costs.

How will my order be shipped? top
US and overseas orders will be shipped via priority airmail.. Canadian orders will be shipped via lettermail or expedited upon special request.

When will my order be shipped? top
Orders are usually shipped within 5 - 7 business days after payment. During busier times (holidays, etc) shipment may take up to 7 days. Please remember each collar is custom made as your order is received.

PAYMENT

How can I pay? top
You can pay online with Visa, MasterCard, and e-Check payments through PayPal, using the website's shopping cart. International money orders and well concealed cash (at your own risk) are also accepted (see contact page for address).

How do I pay with a money order or cash? top
Here are some reminders if you're sending your payment through the mail:
- If you're sending a money order from outside of Canada, please make sure it is an international money order otherwise it may not be cashable (note: US postal money orders are orange, not green!)
- Please make it out to Karen Bell, Dogma London Collars and send it to address on our contact page
- Don't forget to enclose your order, including the collar type (martingale or buckle), fabric style & size, along with the full name and address you'd like your order sent to.

What currency do you accept? top
I accept U.S. dollars only on the website. If you live in Canada and would like to pay in Canadian currency, please email me your order for a Paypal invoice.

Why do you use PayPal to accept credit card payments? top
To ensure absolute secure online payment, I choose to use PayPal to process your credit cards. It is a third party processing company, which has good reputation and tens of millions worldwide members. Your credit card information will be kept in their secure database, which protects you from online fraud. You will only be charged the amount you authorize.

Why was my PayPal payment refunded? top
Your Paypal payment may be refunded if you sent the wrong amount by accident, or in some cases if your address is unconfirmed on your Paypal account.

Why does my collar look slightly different than on your website? top
Each one of my collars are handmade by me.... as a result your collar can be considered one of a kind. There may be slight variations in design due to the print of the fabric. Some of the fabrics I use have a large variation of print, but if there is a certain image or print that you would prefer to be featured on your collar please email me when you place your order.
The size and width that you choose also affect the look of each collar. Please note that the collars pictured on my site are 2 inches wide, so if you order that collar in a narrower width, certain designs may appear "cropped".

What's your return/exchange policy? top
All sales are final. I know, it sucks, but this isn't Wal Mart! I am a one woman operation and because of the small scale of my business I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you check measurements, ask questions, and are happy with your selections before you bid/ checkout!
